Products:

  • The products that are offered for sale, both in physical stores and on the Step-One website, constitute the only offer.

  • Step-One reserves any right to be able to expand, limit or change in any other way the offer of the products, without justification and any responsibility on the part of said company.

  • Step-One does not guarantee the immediate availability of products so the offer of products through physical stores and on the website are subject to availability.

  • The photographs and images of the products on the Step-One website are presented for illustrative purposes only and are based on the latest product information available at the time of publication. Products may undergo variations in their characteristics and particularities, among others, without prior notice.

Prices, rates and promotions:

  • The sale prices of the products are indicated in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Said prices are in force at the time of purchase and do not include shipping costs, in case of sale through the website, which will be subject to the provisions of the Sales Policies.

  • Prices include value added tax ("VAT") and Step-One will respect the agreed price, however, if at the time the payment was generated it had been processed with an erroneous price, it may be canceled, with prior notification to the client by part of Step-One.

  • Step-One reserves the right to modify or change prices and promotions, at any time and without prior notice. • The promotions offered through the Step-One physical store and website have a specific period, which it will be indicated within the information related to it.

  • Promotions will be valid only once per purchase and / or while supplies last. No promotion is cumulative.

Product availability:

  • Step-One is a company that strives to ensure the availability of each of its products on the website, but there is the possibility that a product is not available, in which case the legend "sold out" will appear next to the product in question. and you will not be able to buy it.

Orders via website:

  • The purchase of products and registration to the subscription mode must be done through the Step-One website www.stepone.com.mx, following the steps indicated therein.

  • All our sales are cash, final and returns are NOT allowed.

  • Prior to the realization and purchase of any product on the website, whether it is a regular product or registration in the subscription mode, the user must register on the same website, where they must abide by all the Terms and Conditions, in addition to their Sales Policies established by Step-One, thus declaring that it expresses its full knowledge and in turn accepts them from the moment of ticking the box "I accept Terms and Conditions".

  • The procedure for the purchase of regular products via the website will be governed by the following:

    1. Validation: Any request for the purchase of products will remain pending until the moment in which the means selected by the client for payment confirms that it is a valid and reliable transaction of the respective payment. After validation, the request will be understood as a purchase. Step-One reserves the right to verify the payment information and request any official document from the user, in order to confirm the transaction if necessary.

    2. Confirmation: The user must receive an email to confirm the purchase of products. Step-One, under no reason, motive or circumstance, will be responsible for inaccurate, incorrect or false information provided by the user, including, without limitation, errors in the email address, addresses, telephone numbers, contact information and consignees.

    3. Purchase support: The user will be the only one obliged to keep sufficient and necessary documentary or electronic support to verify the transaction.

    4. Right of Cancellation: Step-One, reserves the right to cancel orders placed by users with whom there is already a conflict regarding the payment of a previous order or which is suspected of having an irregularity.

    5. Shipping policies: The product delivery service is available only within Mexican territory. The deliveries of the products are made through a logistics operator outside Step-One, in any locality of the national territory with destination to all the postal codes of Mexico. The chosen logistics operator will be selected at Step-One's convenience.

      • For the user's convenience, the packages can be tracked through the page of the selected company. The following particularities will be applicable to the shipment of the products:

      • Within the next business day, the day the purchase was made, Step-One will prepare the user's order and coordinate its delivery to the user with the appropriate courier service, who, in turn, will endeavor to deliver said products within 7 ( seven) business days following the day you received the instruction from Step-One. The packages are prepared and will be sent directly from the Natural Step-One warehouse, in the State of Mexico, Mexico.

      • The products will be sent to the delivery address that the user has indicated. It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide accurate and correct information in order to guarantee the delivery of the products, including complete information (including LADA code) in the case that it is required to contact the user by telephone. In the event that the parcel and / or Step-One fail to contact the user in the event of any eventuality, the order will be canceled, eliminating any possibility of claim by the user.

      • In the event that an incorrect delivery address has been provided, and this is subsequently corrected, additional charges may be made for subsequent deliveries (or delivery attempts) to the correct address, the User accepting these additional services at their own cost and account. .

      • The charge for shipping costs is MXN $ 150.00 MN (one hundred fifty pesos 00/100 National Currency), VAT included In the event that the address indicated by the user is outside the areas established by the parcel (distant towns or difficult to access ), an additional fee will be charged. The user accepts these charges at the time of accepting the Terms and Conditions and Sales Policies, in accordance with what is established herein.

      • The user must present the sufficient and necessary documents that prove it to carry out the delivery of the products, such as official identification and proof of the transaction for which the product was purchased, among others.

      • Step-One and the established courier company will not be responsible for interruption or delay in the delivery of the products to the user due to causes beyond their control, including, without limitation, acts of God or force majeure.

      • The User (or recipient) of the products will be solely responsible for checking that the products reach their destination without damage and / or deterioration.

      • The user in this act accepts and acknowledges as sufficient proof of delivery of the products, the signature of the consignees or of persons who are located at their domicile at the time of delivery.

Payment Methods:

  • Products and subscriptions can be purchased through the following payment gateways:

  • In situations of fraud or unrecognized charges and, in general, any contingency or eventuality related to transactions, the user must contact their banking institution directly, without Step-One's responsibility, concluding therein as a final sale when making payment. However, Step-One will use its best efforts to assist and support the user in order to clarify any transaction.

  • As a form of payment for the application and for products, the Step-One Portal accepts all the modalities offered in its different interfaces operated by third parties.

Changes and cancellations:

  • Step-One does not accept product changes, cancellations or purchase returns. The User must contact Step-One within 5 (five) calendar days following the delivery of the products and only for the following reasons:

    1. If the products have manufacturing defects.

    2. If there is a mistake in the products sent (when said product has been wrongly sent by Step-One's warehouse), keeping the original packaging and without showing signs of abuse or use.

    3. If any of the products are spilled or broken on the way to delivery. This will only apply to purchases through the website and if the subscription mode was contracted.

  • To make the return valid, in any of the 3 situations described above, the User must contact Step-One. In the case of a purchase on the website, you should contact by means of the following email: step.one.contacto@gmail.com, where you have the commitment to respond to it within two business days. In case it was a purchase in a physical store, you must visit the store where you purchased the product. In both situations, you must provide the following information:

    1. Number of order

    2. Date the product was purchased, or received, in the case of on-site purchases.

    3. Indicate the reason for the return

  • Any product return must be the subject of a formal agreement between the buyer and Step-One.

Customer Support:

  • The User and Step-One may communicate at any time in order to answer questions, queries, provide support and technical assistance and / or any other matter related to the operation, use of personal data, products offered and Natural Step website- One.

  • Communications by Step-One to the User may be made:

    1. To the registered telephone number of the User

    2. To the registered email of the user, which will be considered valid and will take effect at the time of its completion. For the purposes of the above, the User declares that all the data and information that he has provided are true and correct.
